MALAWIAN DELEGATION STUDY VISIT ON BEST PRACTICES OF SOCIAL PROTECTION IN GHANA

A 27 Member Delegation from Malawi are currently present in Ghana to study the best practices of Social Protection in Ghana from 1st – 7th December, 2019. The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection in view of this have held an Inception meeting with them on Monday 2nd December, 2019 at the Ark Conference Room, Independence Square.
The Malawian Delegation comprises of National and District Levels, Development Partners and Civil Society Organisations.
The Delegation is led by Mrs. Sphiwe Mauwa, Director Local Government Services of the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development in Malawi.
The Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Hon. Cynthia Mamle Morrison welcomed and expressed gratitude to the team for choosing to study best practices of Social
Protection in Ghana.
She assured them of the Ministry’s cooperation during their study visit in Ghana.
