TRAINING ON GENDER & INCLUSION

In alignment with the institutional Gender Action Plan to effectively mainstream gender in the civil service, the Department of Gender, in collaboration with the Human Resource Management Directorate of the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MoGCSP), conducted a training workshop focused on Gender.

The workshop, titled ‘Understanding Gender and Inclusion,’ was designed to provide all personnel of the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MoGCSP) with essential knowledge and insights regarding gender-related issues.

The training emphasized the importance of raising awareness, fostering inclusivity, and ensuring that all staff members are well-versed in the challenges and opportunities associated with gender equality.

By enhancing understanding in this domain, the Ministry seeks to cultivate a more equitable and inclusive atmosphere for its employees as well as the communities it serves.
