OPERATIONAL SUPERVISION OF DATA COLLECTION AND ISD FIELD SUPERVISION

The Ghana National Household Registry (GNHR) is currently undertaking an Operational Supervision exercise for data collection and Information Services Department (ISD) field supervision in the remaining regions.
This exercise aims to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality of the data collection process and support ISD officers in community engagement and public sensitization for the ongoing Scale Up and LEAP reassessment exercise.
The main objectives of the exercise are to:
Offer operational and technical support to the field officers performance of enumerators in ensuring strict adherence with the GNHR data collection protocols.
Identify challenges faced on the field and provide real-time solutions to reduce disruptions.
Support and monitor information dissemination efforts and community sensitization to ensure buy-in of citizens at the community level.
Offer on-the-spot guidance and corrective measures to improve field operations.
