FIRST MINISTERIAL ADVISORY BOARD MEETING FOR 2020

The Ministerial Advisory Board for the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection have held their first meeting for this year on Tuesday 12th May, 2020 at the Ministry’s Conference Room.

The Ministerial Advisory Board usually meets every quarter of the year.

The Board promotes constant interaction between the Ministry and the users of its services and advises the sector Minister on adjustments in policy directions, planning objectives and operational strategies.

Present at the meeting was the Deputy Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Hon. Freda Prempeh, Chief Director for MOGCSP, Dr. Afisah Zakariah, Minister for Planning, Prof. George Gyan-Baffour, Madam Rita Kusi Kyeremaa of the Ghana Federation of Disability Organisations, Prof Akua Kuenyehia a Consultant, Madam Bernice Sam of the Western Regional Coastal Foundation and the Director for General Administration of the MoGCSP, Mrs. Thelma Ohene-Asiamah.
